Does it cost anything to sign up for Chops Rewards?
No, the program is 100% FREE.

How do I earn rewards?
It couldn't be any simpler. Come in and enjoy great food and drinks at Chops Grille & Tap House and get rewarded for it. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food and drinks. 100 points = a $5 certificate that may be used on future visits.

Can I sign up for the program at Chops?
Yes! Just ask your server or hostess and they'll get you started (it only takes a minute).

Does enrollment require me to give any personal info?
We will need to have your first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, zip code and your birth date. Don't worry we never give out or sell any of that info. We use the phone number you gave when you signed up to issue your Rewards.

Who has access to my information?
Everything you provide to us is confidential. Only the management at Chops has access to your information. Take a look at our Privacy Policy for complete details.

What kind of benefits do I get from being a member?
- 25 bonus points for signing up.
- $5 certificate for every 100 points earned. Redeemable for food and drinks.
- $8 certificate for your birthday. Spouses will also receive an $8 certificate on their birthday.
- Children under 12 will receive one free entrée from our kids menu and a sundae for dessert.
- A free dessert on your wedding anniversary.
- Exclusive offers and discounts sent via email.

How will I know about promotions and Rewards?
Simply check your email. Rewards and promotions are sent to you via email. You can go to*link) to view your points balance and see how close you are to earning a Reward.

How will I receive my Rewards?
Your Rewards are sent to you via email.

What if I lose my Reward before using it?
Unfortunately there is no way to access your reward other than in the email you received. Be sure to save and print your certificates immediately when you receive them.

How do I receive credit for qualifying purchases?
When your Server comes to your table, let them know you are a Chops Rewards member. Then, at checkout, simply provide your server with the phone number you used to sign up to earn your points.

What if I didn't get my points?
If you left without getting your points, hang onto your receipt and turn it in directly to one of the managers at Chops. Upon validation, we will gladly credit your account.

Do I need to collect 100 points before getting my Reward?
Yes. You will need to collect the required 100 points before a reward is issued. Rewards are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Birthday Rewards rewards and other promotional rewards do not require 100 points and are automatically issued.

What purchases qualify for Rewards?
All purchases, excluding contracted private parties, qualify for Rewards at Chops.

Is there a limit to how many Rewards I may earn?
The more you spend the more rewards you will earn.

Can I redeem my Rewards on alcoholic beverages?
Yes. There are no limitations on what you may use your rewards for.

Why can't I update my account from the website?
Unfortunately we don't have the capability to update account info from the website.  At the bottom of every one of our emails is a link directly to your account.  From there you can add family members and other info.
